Louis J. Scannicchio

The principal attorney of LJS Law, LLC, Louis J. Scannicchio, grew up in Westchester, Illinois where he attended St. Joseph High School. He then went to Boston University where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science in 2010. After college he returned home to Chicago and attended The John Marshall Law School where he worked for the Fair Housing Clinic and was a member of the Justinian Society of Lawyers.

Louis worked as an associate attorney at the firm of Pellegrini & Cristiano for ten years prior to starting LJS Law LLC. Louis concentrates his legal practice in transactional real estate matters as well as commercial and residential property tax assessment appeals. His practice also includes estate planning (will and trusts), general contract law (contract and lease drafting and negotiation) and corporate law (LLC’s, corporations, partnerships).

Louis now resides in Elmwood Park with his wife Marcia and three children.
